Adobe Reader, said plainly
Adobe Reader is the name people already know from get.adobe.com/reader. It is Adobe's reader. Official Adobe Reader can sit number 1 for its own name. That is expected. If a search result offers an Adobe Reader setup from a helper site, treat it as the wrong host until you prove otherwise on Adobe's official page. If a search result offers SumatraPDF inside a pack that adds a toolbar, skip it. The project download page and winget are the SumatraPDF paths. get.adobe.com/reader is the Adobe Reader path.

GitHub is source, not the installer
People type GitHub because many Windows tools put the exe on GitHub Releases. This project does not. The repo is public. You can read source there. GitHub Releases is empty for the Windows installer. Waiting on that empty list will not produce SumatraPDF-3.6.1-64-install.exe. Take the file from the project download page, or use winget.

Publisher and license on the map

Most Windows PCs take SumatraPDF-3.6.1-64-install.exe from the project download page. A zip also exists on that page if you want a zip. Match the file name you actually see there. Do not invent a newer tag than 3.6.1 here. Read the project download page if you want the date they published.
The zip and the install exe are still SumatraPDF. Pick one path. Do not stack them. Winget is the tidy fetch when the package is listed. SmartScreen can warn on a first exe. Read the publisher. Prefer the project download page over a renamed copy from search.

You can keep both bookmarks. Running both at once is two programs that can both open a PDF. They do not share an installer.
